♦ Main performance characteristics:

(1) Adopting the power unit of the direct-connected motor reducer to avoid the maintenance failure caused by the chain and sprocket drive and the pollution of the lubricating oil;

(2) The conveyor chain adopts a two-way dial structure to prevent the problem of derailment of the conveyor chain caused by dragging the pig body during the running process of the pig.

(3) The track wheel is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material with high strength and good wear resistance;

(4) Compared with the clear water tank, the machine can avoid cross-contamination caused by each other;

(5), the machine can be equipped with an automatic cleaning brush device to automatically clean the running plate.
