♦ Main performance characteristics:

(1), the machine has built-in 4 gas/air mixing columns with automatic ignition

There are 28 special flame nozzles on the mixing column, which can make the flame temperature in the furnace reach 1000 -1 10CTC, which has a strong killing effect on bacteria on the surface of pigs.

Effectively reduce the content of fine bacteria on the surface of pigs;

(2) The whole machine adopts PLC automatic control, which can realize automatic ignition, control of flame discharge time and flame discharge intensity, and reduce combustion cost;

(3) The machine is equipped with a smoke collecting hood and a chimney for automatic smoke exhausting, which avoids the smoke generated by the combustion and pollutes the workshop, and the installed track is equipped with a device to prevent deformation of the guided track due to long-term high temperature combustion;

(4) The machine is equipped with a control box for PLC armor automatic control and protection system.
