♦ Use:

It is used to halve the pig carcass.

♦ Main performance characteristics:

(1) Under the installation of the machine and under the fast conveyor, the pig body is pulled by the fast conveyor to complete the half of the pig carcass;

(2) The V-shaped guide groove is installed in the machine, which is completed by manual assistance to improve the balance of the half-half body;

(3) The stainless steel protective shell is installed on the saw blade to ensure the safety of the operator on the one hand, and to prevent the splash of the meat emulsion during the second half process on the other hand;

(4) A stainless steel meat emulsion receiving groove is installed under the saw blade, which can collect the meat foam generated by the half-half, and improve the hygiene of the workshop;

(5) The flat-type ramp chute is installed at the exit of the machine to prevent the inertia of the fast conveyor and the pig body from falling off the ground and the pig body falling off the ground, which improves the safety of the food;

(6) Install an automatic water supply pipe above the saw blade to perform cold water washing, cooling and lubrication when the saw blade is cut at high speed.
