Graphic Details
♦ Uses: It is used to reduce the pulley poles with bismuth pigs from the high track to the height of the hook, and remove the halved pigs from the pole.
♦ Main performance characteristics:
(1) The frame adopts a vertical structure and is cyclically operated;
(2) The conveyor chain is equipped with double pushers (limits) to ensure that the pulleys will not produce impact; the roads are dragged out in time;
(3) The transmission part of the machine is directly connected by the drive sprocket shaft and the direct-connected reducer, which avoids the failure caused by the chain and sprocket drive and the pollution caused by the lubricating oil.
