♦ Use:

♦ Main performance characteristics:
(1) The upper layer is divided into polyacetal, mesh crawler belt conveyor, and non-powered driven roller conveyor. The conveyor is provided with stainless steel pull-light round anti-shedding device on both sides;
(2) The intermediate layer adopts polyoxymethylene and hinge type, and the operation is stable, and the material meets the food-grade hygiene requirements;
(3) The lower layer is transported with polyoxymethylene and mesh crawler belts, and stainless steel pull-light round anti-shedding devices are arranged on both sides of the conveyor;
(4) The deboning splitting workbench adopts a stainless steel square tube frame, and the platen adopts a thick 20mm white PE nylon cutting board, which is wear-resistant and has no residue.
The console is installed in the intermediate layer dividing station;
(5) The box frame is made of stainless steel square tube, unpowered rolling round tube idler and stainless steel plate, and the installation is fixed on the lower conveyor, which is located on both sides of the deboning and dividing work station;

(7) The empty box lifting conveyor is used for the automatic lifting and conveying of the used tote, and the conveying section adopts photoelectric induction control to ensure the automatic completion of the delivery of the turnover box. The conveyor belt is transported by polyoxymethylene and mesh track (with lifting Block), stainless steel pull-light round anti-shedding device is arranged on both sides of the conveyor;
(8) The clean box of the clean box is made of stainless steel light round, and the clean turnover box automatically slides to the upper layer of the three-layer split conveyor;
(9) The pneumatic push box device adopts photoelectric induction and is automatically pushed by the cylinder;
(10) The machine is equipped with an automatic push-box starting and pushing device, which is controlled by the PLC automatic control program.
