♦ Use:
Used to incinerate infected pigs.
♦ Main performance characteristics:
(1) The equipment consists of horizontal incinerator, heat exchanger, lye pool, lye deacidification tower, activated carbon absorption tower, bag filter, phoenix and chimney;
(2) Incinerator:
Open the output drive of the trolley to drive the fire bed out of the furnace, and once it can be put into the incinerator for about 200Kg, and turn on the input drive of the pulley to make it into the fire bed.
Drive into the furnace and close the door. The amount of incineration per hour is 50-100Kg. Before incineration, the fuel tank should be filled with fuel to open the valve and open separately.
The switches of the right two burners and the oxygen-enriched blower make it fully combusted. The smoke and gas generated by the combustion are discharged into the heat exchanger through the flue. After the incineration is completed, the output drive of the trolley is turned on to drive the fire bed out of the furnace, and the accumulation of the fire bed is removed for the next incineration;
(3), heat exchanger:
The water supply valve is directly connected to the water pipe. When the fuel is incinerated, the water supply valve is opened to meet the water supply, so that the flue gas generated by the incineration is cooled and cooled by the inner tube, and the cooled flue gas is discharged into the alkali deacidification tower. The hot water flowing out of the overflow during the combustion process can be recycled. After the end of incineration, close the water supply valve in time to save water;
(4), lye pool:
Before using the incineration, add an alkaline solution with a pH of 10 to the upper position of the liquid level. When incinerating, open the lye pipeline valve and open the alkali.
Liquid spray pump. When the lye is lacking, the donor is replenished with lye for use;
(5), lye deacidification tower:
The deacidification lye is provided by the spray water pump and the lye pool, and the spray water pump and the air compressor are turned on during the incineration process, and the air pressure is applied.
The gas is caused to atomize and spray the alkali solution, and the incineration flue gas is deacidified, and then filtered through a stainless steel Pall ring filling material and discharged into the activated carbon absorption tower;
(6), activated carbon absorption tower:
The tower has a proper amount of “cobblestone” and “activated carbon”.
The first time, the flue gas generated during the incineration process is filtered and dusted.
The inhalation valve should be closed during incineration so that the flue gas enters the tower for filtration. Use the air compressor for a period of time, open the drain cover, open the intake valve for backwashing, stop the flushing and stop the flushing, close the drain cover and the intake valve, and wait for the next incineration (the usual incineration should turn off the air) valve);
(7), bag filter:
The device filters fine smoke from the last bag of incineration flue gas, so that the flue gas generated by incineration reaches the national environmental protection standard, and is blown out from the exhaust pipe by the high pressure induced draft fan. Open the air compressor for a period of time, open the air valve (the air valve should be closed when incinerating), open the lower drain cover, discharge the dust, and close the dust cover for next use;
(8), induced draft fan and chimney:
The induced draft fan and the chimney are used to assist the pilot in the combustion process, and the harmless gas after deacidification, filtration and dust removal is discharged into the air.
