♦ Uses: Used for immersion in pig carcasses hanging on the scalding conveyor line.

♦ Main performance characteristics:

(1) Performing automatic scalding on the pig carcass on the scalding conveyor line;

(2) Realizing the continuity and order of the pig carcass during the scalding process;

(3) The water circulation system and the automatic temperature control system are adopted to make the water temperature uniform and the temperature is more stable and energy-saving;

(4) The wall of the pool is filled with insulation material, and an anti-fog cover is arranged on the upper part of the pool body to slow down the water temperature in the pool and reduce the steam in the workshop;

(5), the entrance of the pool body is provided with a pig trough, and the exit has an observation port.
