The pig carcass used for hanging on the scalding conveyor line uses a steam and a certain temperature of water vapor mixed vapour in the steam scalding tunnel box to suspend the pig carcass.

♦ Main performance characteristics:

(2) Using condensed steam scalding tunnel scalding, the swollen pig carcass can be quickly entered into the hair removal process, saving time compared with the traditional process.

At the same time, the hair removal effect is improved;

(3) Adopting PID automatic temperature control system, the automatic supply of steam with temperature changes is realized, which ensures the stability of the temperature in the steam scalding tunnel box and saves steam;

(4) The use of the wind circulation system enhances the mixing effect of gas and water and allows the mixed steam to be evenly distributed in the steam scalding tunnel box, and the circulation effect makes the water vapor fully utilized to save energy.
